From now on we also have an apartment (57m²) for rent (for a maximum of 4 people) 15 minutes away. walking from our B&B. Apartment is located in Avenida Cristo Resucitado 4, E.D 1A, 30590 Sucina (above Supermercado Lesco and La Mario restaurant). ​

 

Amenities in the apartment: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and built-in wardrobes.

2 bathrooms: 1 with shower, sink and toilet and 1 with bath, sink and toilet

Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances: fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, dolce gusto, kettle, cutlery & crockery

In the complex there is also a shared swimming pool. There are sun loungers in the apartment. ​

Price: for a minimum stay of 7 days

Low season :

01/01 to 31/05 and 01/10 to 31/12 500€ per week (7 days)

Peak season : 01/06 to 30/09 €650 per week (7 days)

Water and electricity consumption included.

 Deposit: €500 must be paid at the same time as the balance (deposit will be refunded 1 week after stay subject to deduction of any damage costs)

​

Deposit: 30% of the total sum to be paid upon final booking.

Balance must be paid at least 1 week before arrival ​

 

The final cleaning done by us amounts to €75 and must be paid together with the balance & deposit. ​
